Meralco, what is happening?

I just read this, and I am so disappointed. Please tell me this is some kind of FIXABLE technical glitch in Meralco's system. This is just crazy. People (most of them) don't just poop out money every time someone decides to hike up the prices. So unfair. I agree with Chuvaness. Wala bang politikong tutulong? Step up! This is worse than floods and earthquakes. This is injustice!
