We used to eat in Wok Inn all the time every time we'd visit Baguio (very often once upon a time). For my Dad, there was no other restaurant in Baguio but Wok Inn. When he found out that they had a branch in Park Square in Makati, I was forced to eat there many, many times after school because it was nearby. But then graduations and other schools happened so my we stopped eating there. Until today.
Again, why did I forget to bring my CAMERA!
The top 2 things we always order:
Sipa. Sort of like lumpia but shaped like a sipa.
Stuffed Squid. It's all about the sauce. Yum. I'll see you again next week!
After lunch, we headed to Philtrade as we often do and checked out antiques. He needed an easel and had reserved a perfect one for a painting he bought. My sister and I saw some really cool stuff we wanted our Dad to buy but he wouldn't budge!
I wanted the blue one to be my bathroom door.
Vintage evening purses!!!
Old jewelry. Pendants, earrings, rings and combs!
My sister fell in love with this chair which costs 25K. It really is nice though.
R, I found a wooden trunk for you!
Different sungka boards. My Dad hates sungka. He says it's malas that's why we never had a set nor played the game growing up.
Vintage rings from Mexico. Okay. These just HAD TO BE BOUGHT. I didn't want to leave without them! But I had to buy it using my money because my Dad said I already could anyway. Pfffft. The dealer is my Dad's good friend, so she gave me a huge discount (400 for both nalang!).
